President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has received a photo album of his recent visit to the United States.
The Somali President received the album from Iiban Hussein.
Hussein, a former Senior Media Advisor to the Office of the Parliamentary Speaker, handed over the album to President Mohamud at Villa Somalia.
The handing-over event took place at Villa Somalia on Wednesday, November 16.
President Mohamud traveled to the US in September, which was his first time since winning the May 2022 presidential elections.
He is expected to travel to Washington DC to attend the US-Africa Summit that will run from December 13-15.
Hussein expressed joy at the opportunity he had to hand over the album to the President.
