Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has embarked on his seventh visit to Eritrea since assuming office in 2022.
This visit underscores the robust partnership between Somalia and Eritrea, which includes Eritrea’s ongoing support in training the Somali National Army.
The collaboration is significant for enhancing Somalia’s security capabilities and fostering regional stability.
President Mohamud’s plane departed the Aden Adde International Airport in Mogadishu on Wednesday.
