Candidates in the upcoming presidential elections in Somalia have started presenting their manifestos to parliamentarians.
The candidates gathered at Afiyosini ten in Mogadishu near the Aden Adde International Airport to present their cases.
The first candidate presented his manifesto at 10am on Wednesday, May 11.
Nineteen candidates are scheduled to address lawmakers from the House of the People (Lower House) and Senate (Upper House) on the first day.
The remaining candidates would then appear before the lawmakers on Thursday.
