President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud’s National Economic Adviser has traveled to Mauritania to attend the African Peace Conference.
Dr. Mohamed Osman, the National Executive Economic Advisor to President Mohamud, arrived in Nouakchott for the conference that kicked off on Monday.
The African Peace Conference is a three-day event.
This year’s conference focuses on peace, dialogue, and reconciliation. It also endeavors to discuss immigration and economic development on the continent.
Dr. Osman will be representing the government and people of Somalia at the conference.
