Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre has appointed new officers in the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
The Prime Minister made the fresh appointments on Wednesday.
A communique from the Office of the Prime Minister mentioned the newly appointed officials as Abdirakim Haydar and Ahmed Jama.
Haydar is the State Minister for the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
Jama steps into the office of the Deputy Minister in the same ministry.
Prime Minister expressed hope that the new appointments would improve the nation’s transport system while boosting economic growth.
