The President of Somali Region in Ethiopia hosted a delegation of businessmen from Saudi Arabia on January 13.
President Mustafa Omer held a meeting with the delegation from Saudi Arabia, which was led by Sheikh Hamza, a Saudi investor.
President Omer accorded the Saudi delegation a warm welcome when they arrived at Gerad Wil Wal Airport.
During Omer’s discussions with the Saudi delegation, he talked with them about investment opportunities in Jigjiga, the capital of Ethiopia’s Somali Regional State.
Omer and senior officials from his administration assured the Saudi delegation of several incentives to ensure that their investments prove worthwhile.
