Somali Soldier Kills a Manual Labourer over 25 Cents in Mogadishu

Residents of Mogadishu are up in arms over an incident in which a military officer killed a manual laborer over 25 cents.

Ismail Ali lost his life in the Friday incident that left Mogadishu residents reeling in shock.

According to witnesses, Ali and the yet-to-be-identified soldier squabbled over the trivial amount.

The soldier then shot Ali in anger.

Unfortunately, Ali bled to his death from the gunshot wound.

Outraged members of public urged authorities to arrest the culprit and deliver justice to Ali’s family.

Ali leaves behind a young family. His young widow now has four young children to take care of.
