Somalia and India plan to accelerate discussions on strengthening bilateral relations between their respective nations.
This follows a meeting between Ali Omar and Rajkumar Ranjan.
Omar is Somalia’s State Minister of Foreign Affairs while Ranjan is the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs and Education.
Their discussions took place on the sidelines of the 22nd Indian Ocean Rim Association Council of Ministers (IROA) Meeting.
The meeting is currently taking place in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
