Somalia’s Minister of Finance, Bihi Egeh, and Japan’s Deputy Head of Mission, Ogihara Hiroshi, have signed a significant agreement finalizing the country’s debt relief process.
This agreement builds on the foundation laid by the Paris Club accord from March, which was instrumental in canceling much of Somalia’s debt.
