During the 51st Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Somalia’s Foreign Minister Abdisalam Ali held a bilateral meeting with his Kuwaiti counterpart, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya.
The talks focused on bolstering bilateral relations between the two nations and exploring avenues for greater cooperation across various sectors.
Both ministers also discussed pressing regional and international issues of mutual interest, reaffirming their commitment to work together for peace, security, and development in the region.
A statement from Somalia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the meeting reflected the strong diplomatic ties between the two countries and their desire to deepen collaborative engagements moving forward.
