Beijing – At the pivotal Ministerial Meeting of Coordinators for the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) in China, Somalia’s Foreign Minister Abdisalam Ali and Rwanda’s Foreign Minister Olivier J. P. Nduhungirehe joined forces to forge a strong strategic alliance, signaling a new chapter in regional collaboration.
