Somalia has appealed to Turkey for help on regional stability.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud made this appeal when he held talks with Turkey’s Minister of Foreign Affairs in Ankara.
The meeting between President Mohamud and Hakan Fidan took place on Monday.
President Mohamud is currently in Turkey on an official visit.
The President and foreign affairs minister discussed issues of mutual interest to their respective nations.
They spoke about the assistance that Turkey can offer Somalia for the prosperity of its people.
