Somalia Exports 150,000 Goats to Gulf Countries

Somalia exported 150,000 goats to Gulf countries. The livestock departed the country through Bosaso Port.

They are designed for Oman, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The goats departed the country on Thursday on 2 ships and 8 boats.

Local officials inspected the goats under the leadership of Mohamed Abdullahi Libage.

Libage is the Minister of Animal Husbandry in the regional Puntland administration.

Another batch of livestock is on its way to the Gulf of Arab via Berbera Port.
