Somalia Investment Promotion Office (SOMINVEST) has congratulated the people and government of Turkey on the country’s 97th Anniversary.
October 29 is Turkey’s Republic Day.
SOMINVEST relayed its congratulatory messages together with the Ministry of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development.
The planning ministry and SOMINVEST acknowledged Turkey as Somalia’s largest foreign investor.
Consequently, the investment promotion office pledged to continue supporting Turkish firms and individuals who wish to invest in the country.
SOMINVEST promised investment facilitation and aftercare support to all foreign investors.
Turkey has invested in Somalia’s health sector. It has also taken a prominent role in training Somali soldiers and police officers.
