Puntland’s President Said Abdullahi Deni has unequivocally declared that the country is unprepared for the winner-takes-all elections that are set for late 2020.
Instead, Deni has asked for dialogue between all the stakeholders to ensure the country does not enter a period of instability that has defined it for the last three decades.
