Somalis who completed training on Humanitarian and Climate Change coverage have received their awards.
Those who attended the training received their awards on Monday, November 21.
Daud Aweis, the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, issued the awards in a ceremony held in Mogadishu today.
The awards were issued to reporters, producers, and editors.
Somali Independent Media Houses Association (SIMHA) organized the training with the support of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM).
Aweis commended all the professionals who underwent the training successfully.
