Somalia has sent a message of condolences to Turkey over the deaths of miners.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud sent his condolences on behalf of the government and the people of Somalia.
Several Turkish miners lost their lives in an explosion on Friday, October 14.
An explosion at a coal mine in Bartin caused the deaths.
Several other miners suffered injuries for which they are currently receiving treatment in different hospitals.
