Somalia has called for the faster facilitation of visas for Somalis traveling to the United Kingdom.
Ahmed Said Mohamed made this call when he led a delegation from the Immigration and Citizenship Agency to London.
Mohamed, the agency’s Director General, led his team in talks with officials from UK’s Home Office and Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
His talks with officials from the two offices took place on Friday.
Ahmed and his team pleaded for facilitation of visas to travelers with Somali passports.
