Somalia has received $30 million from Norway for development projects.
Anne Beathe, the Norwegian Minister for International Development, announced the donation during her visit to Somalia.
Beathe met with Prime Minister Hamza Barre on December 5 when she announced the donation.
She also held discussions with Dr. Elmi M. Nur, the federal Minister of Finance.
Dr. Elmi commended Norway for its steadfast assistance to Somalia over the years.
