Mogadishu, Somalia – The Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Da’ud Aweys Jama, along with Deputy Minister Abdirahman Yusuf Omar Al-Adala, Director-General Abdullahi Hayir Du’ale, department directors and ministry staff, have offered sincere condolences to the family and relatives of the late Maryan Naasir Ali, a prominent figure among Somalia’s national artists.
Ali passed away in Mogadishu, leaving a legacy cherished in the Somali arts community.
Aweys extended his personal condolences to the family, children and broader arts community, praying that Allah grants the deceased His mercy and paradise, while bestowing patience and strength on all those grieving her loss.
