The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) plans to develop a digital map of Benadir Region.
The government intends to do this through the Somali Embassy in Kenya.
Officials from the Embassy announced these plans on Thursday.
They spoke during the launch of a Technical Consulting Service Project.
The Japanese government is funding the project to its conclusion.
