Somalia is ready to hire 10,000 teachers for public schools.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud offered this assurance on Monday when he addressed the National Education Conference.
The conference takes place in Mogadishu.
In his speech, President Mohamud added that the newly recruited teachers would help to provide accessible, quality, and inclusive education to learners around the country.
