The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the Somali National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), will launch Somalia’s Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) Report on Wednesday.
The report will be launched jointly with other organizations that include Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI), and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
This report offers a comprehensive analysis of poverty levels across Somalia, addressing both its breadth and depth.
The findings aim to guide evidence-based policymaking and targeted interventions to tackle poverty effectively.
