This emerged in the wake of a recent meeting between Commander of the Somali Police Force (SPF), General Asad Osman Abdullahi, and experts from the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
This collaboration aims to foster police reforms, enhance operational skills, and introduce modern practices within the SPF.
