Somalia will receive a grant of $13.29 million from the African Development Bank (AfDB).
AfDB’s Board of Directors approved the grant on October 2, 2023.
Consequently, the East African nation would receive the funds to help improve the mobilization of domestic debt.
Further, the grant would help Somalia to enhance public finance management (PFM).
AfDB approved and released the grant to Somalia as part of the Institutional Support for Economic Governance Project.
