Somalia has agreed to strengthen its military cooperation with Djibouti.
The two neighboring nations in the Horn of Africa region agreed to enhance military cooperation on Monday.
Further, Djibouti agreed to increase its support toward the ongoing counterterrorism war in Somalia.
They made these agreements in Mogadishu following a meeting between their respective defense ministers.
Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur and Hassan Omar met in the Somalia capital to discuss security-related issues.
Nur is the Somali defense minister.
Omar is his counterpart from the Djiboutian government.
