The Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) plans to institute measures that would strengthen public financial management.
Dr. Abdirahman Beileh, the Minister of Finance in the Somalia government, delivered this piece of news to the public.
The finance minister announced this while chairing the Financial Governance Committee (FGC), which held its latest meeting on Wednesday, June 22.
Dr. Beileh and other members of the FGC who participated in the virtual meeting agreed that the country must tighten the management of public finance.
