Somalia is unable to attain its NDP95 goals because of the effects of climate change in the country.
Adam Aw Hirsi, the State Minister for Environment and Climate Change, said this while addressing a global gathering on Wednesday.
He spoke in Geneva while addressing Member States Briefing.
Sadia Allin, the Country Director of Plan International, also got an opportunity to address the gathering of global leaders.
Allin also serves as the Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the Somali NGO Consortium.
