Somalia has validated its National Integrated Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
The East African nation legalized the framework in a colorful ceremony held in Mogadishu under the leadership of Mohamud Beenebeene.
Beenebeene is the new Minister of Planning, Investment, and Development.
He presided over a ceremony attended by officials from the federal and state level governments around the country on Sunday, September 4.
