Somalia will not cede even an inch of its territory.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said this while addressing both chambers of parliament on Tuesday.
“My government rejects and condemns the infringement by Ethiopia on our territorial integrity,” said the President.
He added that the government would not sign even an inch of the country away.
President Mohamud was speaking about the agreement between Ethiopia and Somaliland.
The President stated that Ethiopia had committed a massive error in signing the deal with Somaliland, which is part of Somalia.
