President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is to address both chambers of the federal parliament.
The President is to address parliament early on Tuesday.
His speech will mostly focus on Monday’s Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Somaliland and Ethiopia.
Somaliland and Ethiopia signed the MoU on Monday.
In the MoU, Somaliland gave Ethiopia access to the Berbera Port while Ethiopia agreed to accord Somaliland the international recognition it desires.
