Abdi Sheikh Ahmed Robleh, Somalia’s Minister of Communications and Technology, traveled to Abidjan to attend the World Postal Union Conference (UPU Congress).
The minister left Mogadishu on Tuesday, August 10.
Robleh joins his colleagues from around the world at the conference, which was scheduled for August 10-20, 2020 but had to be postponed because of COVID-19.
This year, the capital city of Ivory Coast has held conference that attracts participants from different governments and postal corporations around the world.
This is the 27th UPU Congress.
