Somalia needs its constitutional process to be completed.
Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre called for the completion of the process.
He said that Somalia would’nt know stability until it completes the process.
“Our voters need a chance to elect the leaders of their choice,” he said.
The Prime Minister issued this call on Monday.
