Somalia’s Minister of Finance attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
Dr. Elmi Mohamed Nur took part in the bank’s high-level discussions.
His presence speaks volumes on Somalia’s emerging influence in the Arab and Islamic world.
Dr. Nur is scheduled to hold high-level meetings with senior IDB officials on the economic situation back home.
This year’s AGM takes place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
