Somalia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has appointed a new Director of International Cooperation.
Jibril Afyare is to serve as the Director of International Cooperation (Bilateral and Multilateral) with immediate effect.
Afyare expressed gratitude to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud for the appointment.
“I would like to express my gratitude to President Mohamud and Abshir Omar Jama Huruse for appointing me to serve in the foreign affairs ministry,” said Afyare.
Huruse is the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
