The Ministry of Health received a donation of COVID-19 Rapid Test Kits from a local firm on Sunday, November 15.
The health ministry received the kits from a local firm known as Bukanakal.
Bukanakal is a local representative of a South Korean firm known as SD Biosensor Inc.
Officials from the health ministry stated that the kits would play a crucial role in the fight against the virulent disease.
Primarily, the kits are for testing samples collected from Somalis around the country.
The health ministry mentioned that the kits would enable its officials to conduct more tests around the country.
