Somaliland has called upon the Ugandan President to intervene in its conflict with Somalia.
Somaliland’s President Muse Bihi Abdi appealed to President Yoweri Museveni recently.
He sent his appeal through Dr. Jama Musse Jama.
Dr. Jama, a Special Adviser of the Somaliland President, met with Museveni a few days ago.
Reportedly, President Museveni is ready to mediate between the two.
Reports indicate that the Ugandan leader supports the unification of Somaliland and Somalia.
