Somaliland is the host of the 11th African Islamic Finance Summit.
President Muse Bihi Abdi welcomed participants to the Summit, which kicked off on March 5 in Hargeisa, Somaliland’s capital city.
In his address, the President highlighted the benefits that Somaliland receives from hosting the event.
He also assured the participants that Somaliland’s priority is the election that is scheduled towards the end of the year.
He encouraged everyone in Somaliland to prepare adequately for the upcoming polls.
