Somaliland President Abdirahman Abdullahi Mohamed Irro has returned home after concluding his first official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
President Irro returned to Hargeisa on Friday.
He traveled to the UAE earlier in the week at the invitation of the top leadership of the Emirati government.
This was Irro’s first official visit outside Somaliland since winning last year’s presidential polls and being inaugurated President.
Upon his return, President Irro reaffirmed UAE’s role as a valuable economic and development partner of Somaliland.
