President Muse Bihi Abdi of Somaliland has expressed regrets over the recent killing of civilians in Las Anod.
The Somaliland leader accused Somalia and the regional state of Puntland of being behind the crisis in Las Anod.
President Bihi said this while addressing the media on Wednesday.
He reiterated the commitment of his administration to solve the crisis, which has thus far claimed more than 20 lives in Las Anod.
