Somaliland has submitted a dossier on the Las Anod clashes to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC).
In the dossier, Somaliland lays the blame on the doorstep of allied insurgency groups.
News on the presentation of the dossier to UNSC appeared on a story aired by France 24 on April 20.
The story quotes Mohamed Kahin Ahmed naming Somalia, Puntland, and Al-Shabaab as the forces attempting to start war in Las Anod.
Kahin is Somaliland’s Minister of Interior.
