Somaliland has vowed to carry out a postmortem on the body of an aviation worker who was killed in Mogadishu a few days ago.
This was announced on Saturday after the body of the slain aviation expert was airlifted to Hargeisa for burial.
The body of the 32-year-old Abdinasir Muse, who worked for the Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) when he was killed, was airlifted to Hargeisa on Saturday.
He was found dead strangled with chords.
According to sources within the Somali government, nine people have already been arrested in connection with Muse’s death.
