Somaliland will not entertain any thoughts regarding the ownership of Zelya Port.
Suleiman Yusuf Ali Koore, the Minister of Information, issued a stern warning to those interested in taking possession of the port.
“Zelya Port will always remain the property of Somaliland,” he said.
His comments follow the recent request by Prime Minister Abiy to the effect that Ethiopia is interested in either Zeyla or Assab ports.
Assab Port is in Eritrea.
