Hinda Gabi Hirsi, Somaliland’s Minister of Employment, commended the women who occupy senior offices in the Ministry of Finance.
Hirsi praised the finance ministry for entrusting women with senior positions too.
She was speaking during an event held at the finance ministry to charter procedural operational plans.
Furthermore, she also hailed the performances of the personnel tasked with the job of overseeing work at the Inland Revenue Department.
Dr. Saad Ali Shire, the Minister of Finance, commended the work being done by the treasury department.
His sentiments echoed the views by Hirsi that the government is in able hands with women occupying senior positions at the finance ministry.
