Abdisaid Muse Ali, Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, held a meeting with the Secretary-General of the Organization for Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
Ali’s meeting with Secretary-General Hussein Brahim Taha took place on Thursday, March 24.
They met during the ongoing 48th OIC Council of Foreign Affairs Ministers in Islamabad, Pakistan.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed the importance of strengthening the unity and solidarity of the Ummah.
Ali also commended OIC for advocating for Somalia’s wellbeing over the years.
He also hailed the Islamic organization for continuously providing educational opportunities for Somali students.
