Somalis living near rivers and mountains have been warned about possible flooding in the next few days.
The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) issued the warning on Thursday.
SODMA delivered the warning to all Somalis in a public notice.
It stated that several parts of the country are likely to experience spring rains that could cause dangerous floods.
Somalia has witnessed dry weather for several years now.
However, some areas have started experiencing heavy downpours.
