Somali Investment Promotion Office (SOMINVEST) and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) have announced an upcoming collaboration.
SOMINVEST and UNCTAD officials agreed to collaborate on the promotion, attraction, and aftercare of foreign direct investment (FDI).
This follows a meeting between Mohamed Dubo and a UNCTAD delegation.
Dubo is the Director of SOMINVEST.
He met with a delegation from UNCTAD’s Investment Promotion as well as the Trends and Data Collection teams.
The meeting took place in Geneva on Friday, September 16 where Dubo and a team from SOMINVEST have been this week.
