Southwest journalists attended training on human rights and peace-building.
African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) organized and funded the training in conjunction with Southwest’s Ministry of Information and Social Awareness.
The regional information ministry facilitated the training.
The journalists received information and skills that equip them to provide improved services in the region.
