A high-level delegation from Somalia’s Southwest State, accompanied by representatives from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Somalia and the federal Ministry of Internal Affairs, arrived in Hudur to discuss local governance and development challenges.
The delegation is in the area seeking to strengthen collaboration between local authorities, the federal government, and international partners to address pressing issues in the region.
Some of the issues they intend to tackle include governance, security, and development needs.
This initiative is part of broader efforts to enhance local governance and promote stability in Hudur and other parts of the Southwest region.
