Mohamed Bare Mohamud was in the Kenyan capital to attend the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) Youth Policy Ministerial Conference.
The conference kicked off on Tuesday.
Kenya’s capital city hosted the inaugural session of the IGAD Youth Policy.
